Segregation in America
http://alt.tnt.tv/movies/tntoriginals/wallace/seg.home.html
George Wallace and his anti-segregation campaign in the South during the 1960s is the focus of this site. This is an "awesome site" which includes pictures, videos, and links to other site related to the issue of segregation. The page includes a "comprehensive timeline" including current issues focused on segregation in the United States. The site is "colorful" and contains images that would interest students, but the "layout and color scheme makes some parts difficult to read." The site is suitable for students in grades 6-12.

Challenging Segregation
http://www.osi.hu/exhibition/orton/jom.htm
Focused on segregation of Rona children in Central and Eastern Europe, this site would be useful if teachers and students are doing a "comparative study of European and American segregation." The sites includes a photo essay by Jason Orton, which "challenges segregation of the children", but the photos are "somewhat small" and the text is "difficult to read" due to site color scheme and format.
